Return and Exchange Policy
WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
All products are under the warranty of the manufacturer companies unless stated otherwise. For warranty conditions to be valid, you must check the product during cargo delivery. If you see any damage, do not accept the product and have a report drawn up. Modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or alteration of the product's original design are outside the scope of the warranty.
RETURN and CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
For Product Returns: Create a return request through your completed order by logging in. You can deliver the product to DHL Cargo branches within 7 days with the Easy Return code you received from the system, and send it free of charge in the name of Altınbaşak Tekstil.
We will share information when the product reaches us and necessary checks are completed. After product inspection, information on whether the return has been approved will be sent to your account. Refunds for approved orders will be notified to your bank within 1 to 3 days.
Return Period: The return period is 14 days.
Product Refund: The fee you paid for the approved product will be reflected in your statement within 7 business days. You can track this from your account statement. (The refund period varies depending on the banks.)
Return Shipping Fee: No return shipping fee is charged by our contracted DHL Cargo.
Shipping with a Different Carrier: If you prefer a carrier company other than DHL Cargo for your returns, you will need to pay the shipping fee. Additionally, recipient-paid shipments you send with different carrier companies are not accepted.
Order Cancellation: For order cancellation, you can contact our Customer Service within 2 hours of placing your order at the latest and submit your request. If the product has been shipped or delivered to you, you can return it within 14 DAYS by following the return procedures.
Corporate Purchases: Customers making corporate purchases are required to send the products with a return invoice during the return process.
