ALTINBAŞAK MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Altınbaşak Anonim Şirketi's ("ALTINBAŞAK") Customer Communication and Satisfaction Program and/or Altınbaşak Program; operated by Altınbaşak, is a customer-oriented marketing program ("Program") that offers general and special campaigns, promotions, discounts, introductions, club-specific advantages, and similar opportunities to Program members, which can also be implemented in conjunction with the Program Partners ("Program Partners") listed and updated on www.altinbasak.com. The Member accepts the following conditions to join the Program:
• The Member agrees not to provide or allow others to use the username and/or password and/or information created to benefit from the Program, is responsible for their safekeeping, and acknowledges that if misuse or abuse by the Member or others is detected, or if any of the information declared is found to be incorrect/incomplete, or if they request the deletion of their personal data or cessation of communication, provided it falls under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the Law), all rights and benefits related to membership will be revoked, membership may be terminated, or other measures may be applied, and in this context, their existing personal data may be anonymized by Altınbaşak, except for processing within the data processing conditions determined by the Law.
• The Member accepts full responsibility for any disputes that may arise regarding these matters and that they will lose all their rights. If the communication tool, marketing channel, or contact information enabling the Member to benefit from the program is stolen, the Member will notify the call center. The Member is responsible for any damage that may occur until the notification.
• Altınbaşak and Program Partners may change Program terms, discontinue the program, cancel membership without stating a reason, or demand membership fees.
• The Customer communication and satisfaction Program and/or Altınbaşak Program and Program Partners accept that members are consumers over 18 years of age and residing in Turkey.
• Program membership will begin once the required information during membership is filled out and the registration period is completed. The completion of the registration process is subject to Altınbaşak's approval. If membership is not approved by Altınbaşak, all data that may have been submitted with this form will be deleted and will not be used for any other purpose, without prejudice to legal obligations.
ALTINBAŞAK Disclosure and Consent Statement
a) Data controller: The Member's Personal data will be processed by Altınbaşak and Program members within the scope specified below.
b) Personal data and processing purposes: The Member's personal information such as shopping information, name, surname, mobile phone number, e-mail, date of birth, city of residence, gender, and location information obtained through permissions given by the member to electronic programs, non-personal information; profiling, segmentation, data enrichment studies and statistical analyses carried out based on information received from third parties, and in line with this, for the purposes of promoting goods and services by Altınbaşak, getting to know its members and increasing communication, enhancing its image, improving products, services and communication, registering members to clubs, being able to use customer satisfaction applications and making notifications, auditing, data analysis, research, understanding trends, marketing and advertising services, enabling the Member to use Altınbaşak membership benefits, and tracking and recording transactions between the Member and Altınbaşak. Technical communication files (small files located on your hard drive) called cookies are also used within the program for purposes such as improving the member's internet experience.
c) Parties to whom personal data is transferred and purposes of transfer: The Member's personal data specified in sub-paragraph b is shared with "Program Partners", GSM Operators / Social Networking Sites / Cargo companies as performance assistants, and third parties who will provide services appropriate to the purposes listed, both domestically and abroad, for the purposes listed in sub-paragraph b. Personal data collected with the help of cookies may be shared with Program Partnerships, the performance assistants listed above, and third parties who will provide services appropriate to the listed purposes for the purposes specified in this form. The Member can adjust and manage their cookie preferences from altinbasak.com.tr and/or through browser settings. Altınbaşak may share cumulative (aggregated) User information in anonymized form with business partners (including investors) and third parties such as the press.
d) Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection: The Member's personal data is collected through the application form in physical and electronic environments for the purpose of processing the Altınbaşak membership application and is processed based on your explicit consent and the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, in line with the purposes specified in sub-paragraphs b and c.
e) Member's rights regarding personal data: The Member can make inquiries about information registered in the Altınbaşak database, request information, object to a result against them arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, correct/update their personal data and request that third parties be notified of the correction/update if transferred, change data sharing preferences, or request the deletion or destruction of personal data and the notification of deletion/destruction to third parties if transferred, through the following channels: 0258 269 10 69 Altınbaşak Customer Service Center / www.altinbasak.com
• The Member has the right to learn whether personal data is processed, whether it is transferred to third parties domestically and abroad, request information about these if personal data is transferred to third parties or processed, learn the purposes of processing and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose, request correction if this data is incomplete or inaccurate, and demand other rights stipulated in the Law. The Member has the right to request compensation if they suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
• If Altınbaşak needs to share your personal information with its suppliers or performance assistants, depending on the scope of the service, it obliges these service providers to have appropriate security measures, including a confidentiality agreement, to ensure information security, and prohibits them from using your personal information for their own purposes or disclosing it to others.
• For more detailed information, Altınbaşak's Privacy and Data Security Policy is published on www.altinbasak.com. Consent for Personal Data Processing I accept that my Personal Data specified in sub-paragraph (a) of the Disclosure Text and Consent Statement above will be processed for the purposes specified in sub-paragraph (b), and transferred to the persons specified in sub-paragraph (c) for the purposes specified in sub-paragraph (c), valid even after the termination of my membership relationship until stated otherwise, without prejudice to my rights specified in sub-paragraph (e).
COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION CONSENT
I hereby declare that I have read and understood the Membership Terms explained above and all disclosures regarding the obligation to inform as required by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, and that I give my permission for the information I have provided above to be used in Altınbaşak's promotional, sales, and marketing activities, and for me to be contacted by phone and through the specified communication channels (SMS and/or e-mail) by Altınbaşak and/or its contracted third parties regarding information on advantages provided only to Altınbaşak members and campaigns I can participate in, knowing that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time through a notification within the scope of the Program terms.
