Delivery Terms

Once the order and payment are confirmed, products are shipped within 1-3 days. Customers will be informed about products that are out of stock or cannot be supplied.

For orders placed with a credit card, bank approval can be obtained instantly, and your order can be moved to the preparation stage immediately.

For bank transfer orders, the payment you made is tracked by checking our accounts at the beginning of each business day, and orders with incoming payments are moved to the preparation stage.

If the product is not in our stock or cannot be supplied, you will be informed by phone.

Our company has an agreement with Yurtiçi Kargo shipping company.

Absolutely no extra fee is charged during delivery.

You must send your problematic product that reached you back to us with the shipping company that delivered it to you.

Orders are valid for Turkey only. There is no international delivery.
